Burntide terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from

Burntide is sold by Halewood Nutrition Group, LLC, 1420 Riverfront Parkway, Suite 210, Chattanooga, TN 37402 (TN business registration #001294763). Placing an order on burntidebites.com means you accept these terms, our privacy notice and our refund policy.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering for personal use at a United States delivery address. We do not currently ship outside the United States and we do not supply resellers, wholesalers or marketplace sellers.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay, together with any shipping charge for the pack you selected. Free shipping applies to the six bottle pack; the two and three bottle packs have shipping calculated at checkout. We may change prices or end a package at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

4. When the contract forms

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send your order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious, we may decline the order and refund you in full before dispatch rather than shipping something you did not intend to buy.

5. Delivery and risk

We dispatch within one business day and provide tracking. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, because the carrier controls the last stage. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will resolve it under the refund policy.

6. Your right to return

Every order carries a 60 day money back guarantee from delivery, on the terms set out in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that U.S. federal or state consumer law gives you.

7. Product information and health

Burntide is a dietary supplement for adults, not a medicine. The information on this site describes the product; it is not medical advice and it does not replace your doctor or pharmacist. Statements about Burntide have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and Burntide is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a clinician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a health condition or taking prescription medication.

8. Results

Individual results vary. Customer reviews and timelines on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what Burntide will do for you. We publish no guaranteed outcome other than the refund.

9. Intellectual property

The Burntide name, logo, label design, photography and page copy belong to Halewood Nutrition Group, LLC. You may not copy them, use them in advertising, or list the product elsewhere using our assets without written permission.

10. Limits of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN and the federal laws of the United States. Before any formal step, please email [email protected]: almost every dispute we have seen was a misunderstanding solved in one reply.
