Burntide ships from our warehouse in the United States within one business day of your order, and standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that. Every order is covered for 60 days from delivery.

If tracking has not moved for three business days, email us. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, resend your order at our cost. You do not have to fight a courier on your own.
Returning Burntide, step by step

Email us inside 60 days
Write to [email protected] with your order number. The window runs 60 days from the delivery date on your tracking.

Get your return number
We reply the same business day with a return authorisation number and the warehouse address. Write the number on the box.

Post the bottles back
All bottles from the order, empty or full. Return postage is yours; we refund the product cost within 5 business days of arrival.
The full refund policy covers partial returns, damaged parcels and how refunds appear on your statement.
